In Entree The Dragon
Closely related to the Peking Duck. Developed for the Brit palate in the latter half of twentieth century. Our luscious duck is first marinated in our special spice mix for 24 hours, steamed until tender and then deep fried to crispy heavens.
Served on fresh lettuce bed, finely sliced spring onion, cool julienne cucumber, deep dark luscious hoisin sauce and pancakes.
